carlos President & CEO - Carlos D. Gutierrez, is the founder of URRC. He is a recognized leader in the Global PET Recycling Industry, holding several U.S. and Foreign patents. Gutierrez has a degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and currently serves on its Chemical Engineering advisory board. gerry Vice President - Gerry Fishbeck, is also a member of the Board of Directors of NURRC, LLC. Gerry received an MBA from the University of South Carolina and served as Vice President of Recycling and Business Development for Wellman Inc. Gerry serves on the Board of Directors of the The Association of Post Consumer Plastic Recyclers as Vice-Chairman and is a charter member and chairman of South Carolina's Recycling Market Development Advisory Council. lawson Chief Financial Officer - Lawson Hayes, Jr. has over 35 years of business experience in the banking, publishing and PET recycling industries. He serves on the Board of Directors of UDMS, LLC. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of South Carolina and is a graduate of the Executive Program from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. greg Business Development Manager - John Holmes, has over 18 years experience in the chemical industry and over 15 years in the PET and polymers industry. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Georgia with a major in chemistry. Email

Plant Engineer - Rob Pollard, has a B.S., Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. His previous experience was as a Senior Mechanical Engineer with O’Neal, Inc. and as Maintenance Manager at Henkel Corporation. He brings a strong knowledge and background in both maintenance and project engineering. As NURRC's maintainance manager, he is responsible for installing and maintaining all plant equipment. Email

mcNamara Human Resources Manager - Sue McNamara, has 14 years experience in the PET recycling industry serving in leadership positions in operations, logistics, safety, and training. Sue is a U.S. Army veteran (Sergeant First Class) with 13 years of service including 2 tours of duty, Operation Joint Endeavor-Bosnia and Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom with the 811th Ord. Co. under the 10th Mountain Division and the 101st Airborne. Email
