iRecycle is:

..a Community Recycling Program. Initially, it was for Spartanburg County Schools, but now is implimented throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.

It's been made possible through a partnership between United Resource Recovery Corporation (URRC) and Spartanburg Coca-Cola.
